Clinical Dentistry and Research is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of its published scholarly content.

The journal is published on the DergiPark platform, which supports digital preservation through the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system. LOCKSS enables participating libraries to preserve and restore journal content through a distributed archiving network.
